The sub is just about done.  The added lights work pretty well but I should have just used a normal bulb instead of an LED for the rear light as the LED is not very visible.Click for high resolution image
The boat should weight 1600 grams but upon checking, I found it was to light even with the extra lead weight provided with the kit.  This is due to the fact that I am not using a receiver battery and the LiPo main pack I am using is much lighter then the one the kit recommends.  I also found that the boat listed to the right a bit when float testing.  I ended up adding several ounces of ballast to the nose and the left side of the boat as well as placing the extra ballast strip in the battery tray.Click for high resolution image
Here you can see the ballast I placed in the nose. Click for high resolution image
I also placed the receiver and depth controller circuit board up front.  It's a tight fit but once the wires are routed, it really cleans up the inside of the boat.Click for high resolution image
Here is the finished boat with most of the decals applied.  I held off on adding the shark image as I will be applying that one to the stand once I paint it grey.

The decals at the front of the dive planes and rudder kept coming up so I used some of the scrap clear decal material to overlay the edges.  This worked out well.
