The Dou drive comes with a power plug that plugs into the Graupner recommended speed controller.  Since I'm not using their speed controller, I won't be using the plug.Click for high resolution image
Instead, I am going to use a Pro Boat controller.  It fits pretty will in the hull.  The little external circuit board is a LiPo saver since the speed controller does not have a low voltage cutoff that is required by LiPo batteries.Click for high resolution image
To prevent the motor screws from backing out, I used some thread lock on them.Click for high resolution image
It's a tight fit!  Notice the trimming done on the inside lip to provide clearance once the gears are installed.Click for high resolution image
Here you can barely see that the grease tubes are crossed with the right one coming out the left access hole.Click for high resolution image
I filled the tubes with some Vaseline.  I found that the grease would get pushed out of the tube while running so put something in the ends to cap them off once you fill them.Click for high resolution image
The finished assembly, It's a nice compact design.Click for high resolution image
