Trial #1 - Poof, up in smoke.  Not only did the speed controller blow up, it tried to take the boat with it.
Trial #2 - Now this is more like it!  The boat is fast, now only if it would turn!  At least I can control the throttle.
Trial #3 - Bigger Lake. Bigger fun!
