Welcome to my RC boat pages.  I feel that this is one of the most enjoyable categories of the RC hobby.  Whether you're into speed, scale appearance, military modeling or harnessing the wind for power, RC boating covers it.   Unlike RC airplanes, it really hard to destroy or lose your boat, well except for submarines that is.  Also, traveling to the test site usually involves heading to the nearest bath tub.

In the Fast Electric's section, you will find a good listing of entry level boats and modifications that can be preformed to enhance their main attribute, speed!  The sailboat section currently has only one boat listed, a Kyosho Fairwind.  It's a beautiful entry level boat and performs well out of the box.  The scale boat section includes "Work" boats such as tugboats and rescue ships and last but definitely not least is the submarine section.  Submarines definitely have that "cool" factor going for them as well as being a lot of fun building and sailing.  This section details a buildup of the defacto entry level kit, the Subtech Albacore.
